Has anyone here competed?
?? I dried up and weighed in at 187lbs at weighh in. Carbed up 13lbs in 10 hrs after weigh in. Hit 210 the next day and dry as a bone. 2 weeks later i was 240lbs.
53 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in 2 weeks.
70% of muscle weight is water. 53lbs @ 70% = 37lbs water 10 lbs or so lean mass and 6 lbs or so of fat.
Combine this with muscle memory and BOOOOOMMMM
