hey guys, i had some leftover grape flavor creatine junk and i mixed it in with my mega mass protein powder. i have used the stuff on and off, but i'm concerned that now there's too much creatine in the mixture. ( what do you dudes think?) also, is mixing milk with this stuff now not a good idea?! ???shoud i just junk the whole thing?!
Too much creatine in the mixture? I wouldn't be all that concerned.
Giant Mega Mass 4000 (by itself) doesn't have enough creatine to make your eyelashes wiggle. As for mixing it with milk, let me put it to you this way:
I used Super Mega Mass 2000/Giant Mega Mass 4000 for about 2-3 years, while in college. Its main protein source is milk and egg, and unless they've altered the formula as of late, there's a healthy amount of lactose in Mega Mass. That means that adding milk could put your tummy into turmoil.
The way I used it was I took 10 oz. of powder and mixed it with water. If memory serves me correctly, that should yield somewhere in the neighborhood of 1100 calories, 210 grams of carbs, 55 grams of prtoein and 2-3 grams of fat. If memory stills serves me correctly, one of Giant Mega Mass 4000's flaws is that the protein amount varies, based on flavor. The one with the most protein is pineapple. But, I've never seen that kind in the states.
As for junking Mega Mass, that's a bad idea. Since you've paid for it, you might as well use it. But, I'd lay off the idea of mixing it with milk. In addition to the potential gastric problems, Mega Mass is very sweet as it is (especially the banana and pineapple flavors). Adding moo juice would likely make it too sweet to stomach.
