Fish oils?

Ok got some cheap fish oil capsules today make by natures life or something, they were hella cheap but I got fish burps the two times I took them and I think i have gas now, does the company who makes them make a difference and what do you take?

Thats common if you take em by themselves....eat some food with em.   There are some that are processed so they dont do that also....but they cost more.

Put them in the freezer and use them from there.

The gas is a result your body producing enzymes which are needed to digest the oils which are new to your diet, it will let up.

Drink a lot of water with that stuff, it will stop them from repeating on you.

for me i drink it straight from the bottle and i dont burp
