I attended milos sarcev's free seminar in fullerton, CA and he advocated pre, during, and post-w drinks with a carb source and proteins (EAAs and BCAAs). However, he believed that vitargo was superior to every carb source but admitted that the higher dosage u use wouldn't make a difference in a lower dosage. he said using 75g wasn't any different than 30g
can someone attest to that? maybe someone on here knows more about his protocal
