Bast has done a cycle or two since then. He's much larger now in the wheels department. The upperbody is a little more full but he's backed off training that as much as his calves and quads.

bast of recent looks pretty good. he is a loner in life much like true adonis and myself. the fuel he gets from people talking smak about his life is just making him stronger...I strongly advised him he doesnt need any drugs or supplements he has listend, his new pics are stellar,...the problem with bast is he has no confidence, but he has alot of fire, sometimes you guys get to him i think but he has learned to not let it effect him and put the energy into his workouts. so more power to him

I'm entering.. At around 200 these days but 2 months is plenty time to get ripped. I'll come in around 180 lbs. I wont win, but I can make the top 5 atleast if I dail it in.
