I've used a PowerPlate and we have and Itonic (by Freemotion) here in the gym. These things vibrate so fast that you can't see anything move, it's almost ultra-sonic.
The latest NSCA journal just ran an article on vibration technology and had very good things to say about the potential benefits.
It's great for stretching, balance and flexablility but it's not going to "revolutionize" or change anything, just another piece to the puzzle.
This Energym Turbo Charger thing looks like an earthquake on a stand, I'd like to see the science to back it up.
