hot flashes?

lol I know it sounds like  afunny question, but at night I sweat balls. It's like no matter what the air temp is outside, I'm burning up. Anyone else experienced this when on? I can live with it if it's the worst of my sides but DAMN! The house is 70* and i'm in my undies sweating beads.

I've noticed i sweat alot in my sleep when using deca...

i crank the AC down to 70 as well and sometimes i will wake up covered in sweat.

that's crazy, i was just reading an article yesterday on a women's health site in regards to hot flashes as associated with menopause.  Sometimes i feel like a chick that's going through that because it hits me all random throughout the day and then at night, i too sweat like a fool.  Sucks man.

I don't sweat a lot, not matter how hot I get I'm not a profuse sweater. But when on any cycle that includes some type of test, I'm always a little warmer in general.

It seems if I got a little water bloat on I can stand more cold. Thats Actualy good up here.

Split  oak w/ a 12lb maul when It's about 0 degrees F outside.  It just pops then, if hit right.
I end up in a thin sweatshirt often. You Cant sweat long in that temp. Need to keep peeling off clothes, and stay warm by swinging till your done.

Yep when I was a carpenter and was working outside when the weather got below 20F You wanted to be doing the job that kept you moving and humping.

It's fine to bust your ass in those temps, but you cant break sweat badly, then stop and chill is my feeling.
I'll go down to a T shirt w/  the maul. Body just heats up immediatly after 1 swing.

My garage gym gets damn cold too.
