Yeah Dennis Wolf with a protruding midsection....compared to the 70's and 80's Pros maybe, by today's standards he has one of the tightest midsections....

IMO, a more interesting comparison of gut distention: Dennis Wolf of spring 2007 versus Dennis Wolf summer/fall 2006.

Silvio, Hide and Dennis Wolf, as well as Luke Wood and Dennis James.

All have worked with Milos.

And all have midsections that are either protruding, or starting to protrude.

In this months MuscleMag, Kamali rips on Milos and says that Silvio is better off for leaving Milos before he messed him up and then says he hopes Milos doesn't mess Hide up.

Seems that Kamali has a beef with Milos.  Milos can you elaborate?

This year so far I "destroyed" 3 guys by making them qualify for the "Mr. O" - Silvio, Hide and Dennis...
In process I added considerable amount of muscle on their frames without adding a millimeter around their waists...but all the "experts" think otherwise...Oh well...

Interestingly - I use insulin for more than ten years now and my waist is still the same...I must be doing something wrong?

Maybe you're not using as much as your prescribing to your clients, sorry Milos, but the GH/IGF combo along with the judges has been the main downfall of the industry.

One second look on those photos will be enough for expert to realize simple fact: In first photo he was expending his ribcage completely and in second he was (somewhat) crunching down...

If you compare MORE photos from 2006 and 2007 - you will be able to see what's obvious - improvements that made him IFBB PRO champion...
