Honestly, what is it with black people and libraries or movie theatres and black people?  Always talking

It is a numbers game and the percentage of black people who are ill raised is staggering compared their white counterparts. You will notice the exact same behaviour from white trash; conversely, upper class black people would not be caught dead disrupting others in public.

there aren't that many "upper class" black people. But you are right.. educated black people do tend be some of the best behaved.

That might color your perspective a bit.   :)  I've been around plenty of people of all income levels (including people with no income) and there are plenty of all races in every category.
