It was difficult to judge the competitors on line because the broadcast froze several times and we missed Henry's and Rockel's routines or most of what they presented.

The only thing I didn't mind missing was when the audio froze when Bob was talking!

A few comments. Ronnie Rockel and David Henry had perhaps the best physiques on stage. Good size, shape, proportions, balance and general aesthetics. Rockel was the larger and perhaps first. The others in the top 5 all had weak calves and forearms.

Kai looked great in some of his unusual back poses. Quite a stunning but bizarre 'posing' routine. When he did display his physique some poses were remarkable. All this strutting and dancing around makes me wonder what posing has 'evolved' into.

Darrem looked better than I expected him to. Very aesthetic but still weak on forearms and calves. Rockel and Henry surpassed Charles and Greene in overall qualities.

Silvio was as good as or better than Charles and Greene.

Dennis James was the best bodybuilder on stage by far. He was in a class of his own for size and impressiveness. Unfortunately, what does anyone say about his midsection? It reminds me of a gorilla and detracts from what should have been the clear winner here. The judges were not rewarding the monster today and that must disappoint Dennis. In a very real sense he was in a different category from the others and not at all inferior except for the waistline.

Others in the lineup looked very good in some poses but other poses let them down. It really is a sport where little things can make a big difference.

Just one opinion.
