Well since we are 4 months from the O it really doesnt matter.

If Ronnie can get into shape ( even 04' type of condition) he wins, hands down.

Its between these two guys and victor is still a ways away in 3rd.

It will be interesting for fourth through sixth place this year though, with guys like Dexter, Toney, Melvin, phil heath, gustavo, Kai greene, dennis james, branch warren, silvio samuel, ronnie rockel, darrem charles, desmond miller, dennis wolf and a few others all fighting for those last few olympia qualifications.

This will be one fo the best olympia's in years!

Yes i hope the judges take that into consideration this year. He's 43 years old and still making gains and improvements.. Ronnie should win one last time, then Jay can do whatever he wants i don't care after Ronnie leaves IMO it will be boring if Jay continues to compete after Ronnie leaves.. There is nothing spectacular about Jays Physique, yeh he's huge, has good delts, and good thigh seperation, but thats it. There's 1000 other pro bbers that have good delts and thighs.. There's only 1 Ron Coleman, no other bber even comes close to him, and thats why he should remain the Mr O..

I've never seen Ronnie this lean in the off-season. Jay has about the same condition, but he looks a lot smaller. Both will make improvements, but so far Ronnie is ahead.
Regarding the left lat atrophy, it has improved a lot but it's still noticeable.

If injuries were not an issue it would be as usual Ronnie's to lose but we know that is not the case.

Should be interesting. Jay will never hold a candle to Ron in form though.

You can see by Ron's face that he is on the sauce bigtime and no mistake.

Man that is gonna be hard to call. Ronnie looks ok and Jay looks the best i've seen for the off-season. But in the end these are just pre-contest photos and its how you look on the day, and i think its gonna be pretty bloody close. Ronnie doesn't look to good now but on the night of the show he will look awesome as usual. Jay will probably get it though.
