Yes, and from what I can tell it has worked, and still works for me. If trying get cut, take a dose prior to breakfast, then 1 prior to workout, then 15 minutes prior to end of workout take a dose. On off days from working out, just take 3 jpills spread thoughout the day.
If in a bulking phase, the only difference is to use the last dose after your post workout shake with solid food.
