Padilla was robbed at the Universe, at the Mr O 75, Mr O 81, NOC 91, at the WBF, not given a Weider contract when he looked better than some of the golden boys of the day, etc. Who knows what he might have achieved, on couple of occasions he should have won short class at Mr O.
