Mainly from other things people have said around here, plus what I've seen in his videos. (Plus, calling 'All drugs' makes me feel better about myself!

You never know with people these days, but I think the majority of people give in to the temptation and experiment with gear. There are quite a few on these boards who scream 'Natural' all day long, but you sense its a load of BS.

Although HIT reversed all the strength I gained the entire previous year, those workouts were absolutely insane. Leg day was absolute torture.
