75 mg of ephedrine a days didn't do anything for me in terms of heart problems.. It prolonged my cardio workouts and I looked leaner.. Means it works just fine..  

240, you could try just straight caffine.. Drink lots of espresso or take some pills.. You'll burn more calories but also feel leaner because it forces water out between the stomach.
