repeated injection sites?

I only feel comfortable shooting my delts. I've been hitting each with a cc every 3rd day. Is this a bad thing? Or is that enough time between shots to not have to worry about cycling sites?

Your setting up for a bad injection bro. You need to switch injection sites. You dont want to much oil built up in one spot. I will only hit the same spot 1X EW. Shoot your quads bro easy and painless.

I would switch it up if I were you.  You might burn out your receptors in your delts or get oil built up in them.      Glutes and quads are good sites to shoot

That's all I need to know. I'll start hitting my quads and glutes. too. The right delt is getting harder to push, which is what prompted the question. I appreciate the feed back. I actually started taking an oral antibiotic, cephalexin, just incase, after today's shots.

You need hit other spots or you WILL have a prob. Leave those delts alone for a couple weeks IMO.
Put your hand on your side right where a pistol holster sits. Flex your ass in the miror and watch it ball up in the biggest spot.  Poke w/ finger and find the bigest meaty spot. I go straight in sideways there. Painless. Big dudes could put 3-5cc in that big muscle.

I developed a slight knot in my right delt and have been sick the past few days with snotty shit, slight fever, etc. So, not to take any risks, I'm taking an anti-b on top of my cold and flu meds JUST INCASE! The antibiotics should help kill off whatever's making me sick AND prevent shit from growing in my injection sites.

i was hitting the delts too many times early on and was gettign a popping noise (scar tissue?) and sometime the pic would be hard to go in. i fixed all that.

glutes are great. pretty much painless and aot of muscle to go into. stay to the outer area or else.

I had a really bad bruise form when I kept injecting the same area of my quad and I thought I finally had an infection or some shit, but I just left it alone for a week and it went away completely...I have now started moving my sites to delts, traps, and quads...I have hit my triceps before but I don't care to much for that...
