TO me everday life inshape is 8 to 12 pct,visible abs and vascularity,clear shape and lines to the muscle,anything below belongs on stage if you have the muscle to show it.to stay on a yearly i'm bulking plan is useless unless drugged,bulked at 8pct or more drugged will show more just to the more thickness and fullness of the muscle to a clean lifter,clean at 8 pct or so with decent muscle will raise eyebrow's.i'm not taking consideration bodyweight's that changes with each person height and frame capacity.
