Day 21 after a small to moderate run on Sustonon  can be a hard crash if you dont do somthing.
BIG loads of that stuff will run on a bit longer. Day 21 is  D-DAY in my book.

Start it right away, dont see why you would wait.  Did you use any other anncilaries while on the deca?  Getting some control over E will be a good idea and the sooner the better.  Just make sure to run the pct for about 5-6 weeks.  Nolva will not hurt anything if you start it sooner, it in fact is a better idea so you get the stuff in your system and working.
