I had fun with Musclemania, even though i was not in shape for most of there shows, again this should show you that im just having a good time, and i don't  take it serious..  When the shows have more importance like the provincals, then its game time.. You may not have done it like i did, but your not me...

Well i can admit I'm somewhat of a lazy bber, i don't go super heavy, i use mainly cables and machines.. And iv never gone low reps, like 6-8.. I'm always in the 15-20+ rep range even in the offseason. I think thats why i have been able to get very muscular, but i had not added alot of size over the years because i have not gone super heavy with low reps.. I'm just starting to do that now, so i can pack on some much needed size..
And not only that, i know my diet needs alot of work, and I'm working on that as well.. I have alot of things to work on, in order to make some big gains in the future.  I'm now just getting serious with things, so will see how i progress from this point on.

Matt is 25 years old.  He is more interested in chasing the ladies than becoming a social retard like most of us.  I remember back when I was in my early 20's (which was 23 years ago) and values are different than there are in your 40's.  Mid life crisis......  I rem. a quote one time were someone said "youth is wasted on the young".  Matt is perfectly normal for his age.  I think Matt is doin just fine.  He is an excellent marketer and for only 70% effort has developed an excellent bodybuilding look.  

As Matt develops different values he may or may not focus on his bodybuilding.  The choice is his, I hope he does take advantage of the gift God has given to him.  As living in the same area as Matt I'm excited to see this young man develop and be the best he can be!  I can understand why bodybuilding as sport is dead.  Why the hell would anyone work their ass off to be trashed by 80% of the so called fans.  I would love to read someone post "dam does he look great, great quads, etc.  No all we read is the negativess about the individual.  No one is perfect, even if God showed up at a bodybuilding contest with the so called perfect body he would get flamed on GETBIG or any other message board.

Good post, i don't think they understand that i haven't taken bbing very serious up to this point.. I now however will start to atleast take the training and diet serious. Isn't bbing a great sport, when stuff like this happens.. You can attribute the rest of my low placements even though i may look good and should have won in the future, is due to mindspin havin a word with the judges ..  That just shows you that bbing is all politics, and its not how good you look..  Sad but ture, this is why i don't  take it serious, i don't put forth 100% of my effort, because it doesn't pay well.  I'd rather put my effort into something that actually pays well, ie real estate, and thats what im doing now..
