LOL, oh yes, a more massive cat (such as this one) will require more pull on the forarms and burn longer, this will result in a better arm pump.
yup! you can pyramid up, doing
12 swings with a burning cat of 5 kg,
then 10 swings with a burning cat at 12 kg,
and then one last round of about 4-6 swings with that huge 25kg cat.
that's the best way to add size to not only delts, but forearms too.
