Makes you wonder what would have happened to Ferrigno had he not retired.....how many he could have won in the late 70's all through the 80's?

yep.....he would've won a good few anyway......

could've beat franco(76), zane(77,78,79) most likely arnold in 1980....franco(81),dickerson(82),samir(83),
and maybe even haney in 84 & 85 ....maybe more

these are all maybes....so dont shoot me

IMO that contest was the closest anyone got to yates when he too was at his best. Levrone was my first place and Labrada number 2 with Yates at 3 and Ray at 4.

But i guess arguably yates was at his best ever the following year.

PS i dont count wheeler due to lack of lat thickness and sweep, calf implants and general lack of width from the front...besides Yates was past his due by date then anyway.

that has to be the best line up ever for a Mr.O
Imagine how the guys in that line up would do against todays competitors..
there were some great names in that O, todays line up pales in comparison.
i didnt realize Farrigno's back was so impressive..

Probably the best before Ronnie came in and destroys everything as well as the gut introduction by Ronnie and Dorian.
I am a mini beast

dorian, kevin, Labrada and shawn were all in fantastic shape at that show.

I think dorian might have looked better there than in 93 (his stomach was flat with no hint of distension at that show - in 93 it was huge).

Did Levrone have plastic surgery? He looks like a fucking woman there. Or he's got fake teeth or some shit.
