Faith No More tribute thread!!!
« on: June 08, 2007, 07:23:29 AM »
One of the most original and brilliant bands of their generation. I will always love them because i got my first blow job whilst Falling to pieces was on the stereo! Ah, to be a teenager again - when the only worries you had were running out of speed, weed and horny babes! Damn, every party always kicked off with The Real Thing, followed by Back in Black, Number of the Beast, Reign in Blood, 1987 [ahem], The Triumph of Steel, Appeteite for Destruction, Danzig 1, 2, 3 and 4, Screaming for Vengence, Holy Diver, Fatal Portrait, Alters of Madness etc etc .... until the morning would come along and we'd put on Angel Dust, ready for a round of spliffs and Jagermeister! I wish i was that age again! Back then i didn't have to worry about paying the rent and post workout windows [joke]

No. He was an ok singer, but had no charisma. Probably a crackhead now.

With, although King for a Day is my fave FNM album.
Angel Dust is one of the most underrated rock albums of all time.
Definately! Its a shame they were lumped in with the 'alternative' crowd - they were just an awesome rock band.
