i hate to break it to you but that routine is better than 90% of those today....and I'm not a levrone fan either


edit: except for that ridiculous plea to the audience to applaud.  so many retards do that now...I dont' understand it...

waving arms and hands to their ear are all 90s things...levrone,flex,vince taylor etc....

but all the new pros after them seem to think its standard now....

posing has went right downhill...we've got guys like kai greene who fuks fruit on the net and people think hes the best thing since sliced bread....he cant pose that well....he a great dancer though

As much as everyone around here hates shawn, he was probably one of the best posers of his time....he NEVER waved for applause.

If you have to wave for applause then obviously your body, routine or both, need work!! ;)

Shawn posed like a fag taking ballet lessons. For fucks sakes its bodybuilding, why do they have to prounce around like a buncha god damn nancy boys.

For a posing routine, how about just going out and hitting pose after pose, and makin them flow a little, but dont start gettin all fruity n shit, you're showing your muscles, not your ballet skills.

I agree I don't like the hand up to the ear thing either but Kev was an excellent poser, anybody that knows anything about bodybuilding would agree and if you don't like creed you just have no taste in music

my favourite levrone routine would be the 1st yr yates won the olympia in helsinky... was to classical, was awsome tho, pure class.... which is sadly missing in todays bbuilders!
