I watched his posing from the Colorado Pro and the Keystone and don't get me wrong IT IS entertaining, but to me he hardly seems to hit any poses other than a couple of arm shots. No disrespect to the guy, he has a great physique, but it seems more like dancing to me rather than posing. What is your opinion on this?

I think he needs to hit his poses a little longer and harder. He is making alot of extra cash off of the best posing awards.

His posing is fantastic. It's all about entertaining the crowd, and he does it well.
Muscle shots are for prejudging...the night show is for the audience.

hes not a good poser end of story........

he is a great dancer though....

darrem charles' routine is very entertaining and he manages to display his physique very well...

because kai's posing style resembles darrem's ppl think hes a good poser

he does not display his muscle groups properly for the judges to see nor does he hold enough different poses.....

hes a disgrace to the bodybuilding stage

And Darrem does it without the "stripper" moves, too. I don't recall Darrem ever humping the ground....

im not an ifbb pro so how can i be jealous...?

as i said this is a misunderstanding...hes not a great poser...hes a great dancer/entertainer

arnold,corney,franco,vince taylor,flex,darrem are great posers......

posing is displaying the physique and certain muscle groups......

if his intention is to display muscle groups during his routine then hes certainly not very good at it...

Everyone know's I am the biggest Kai Greene fan in the world, but Kai is a entertainer, not a poser. Look at his mandator poses, they are not that great and his posing routine's are entertainment, dancing and having fun, something bodybuilding needs.

I just don't really like the whole best poser thing. Again YES IT IS ENTERTAINING TO WATCH but it often just isn't posing. Respect should go to them for choreographing a great routine, but they should still have to hit all the poses at least once. And it also means that a lot of the bodybuilders ( Ruhl, Cutler, etc) will not be able to win the best poser award because most white bodybuilders over 270lbs don't have the same rhythm as a black stripper.

Well it's different and thats not a bad thing really, the sport needs innervation i guess

. Not sure how I'd judge it tho. Reminds me of when Vince Taylor first hit the scene and people where in awe of his posing/entertaining. He probably need to hold some of the poses a little longer though

its not posing its dancing/striptease/something else/nothing to do with bodybuilding and displaying your physique and muscle groups.....displaying your strengths and hiding your weaknesses

Haha mate i actually agree with you, yeah i'm sure some people find it entertaining but really, what he does is just odd. No real poses and too much of the worm and rolling around and other shit. I would kinda like to see someone like Ruhl attempt some of the things he does on stage though. Now that would be entertaining.
