Many moons back, Ernie Santiago carried that "nomenclature".

He was totally shreaded/shredded and can attribute that to a couple of months of dieting on nothing but raw fish, a relatively staple diet in Hawaii.

How did they allow Hamdullah compete, in an Amateur World Championship after he competed 13 professional IFBB contests???
He competed in 1993 Mr. Olmypia, and some other pro shows, placing as high as fifth, then he came back as an amateur and won overall ifbb amateur world championship title.

Pronounced vascularity, decent cuts, probably a particular drug cocktail + genetics as it was seen a lot on the east coast in Lurie's mags, Warren Fredricks was another.

MELTDOWN from easy reader, as usual you don't get it. That vascular look with not a lot of definition and some water was typical of some of the east coast guys in the 70s probably due to a certain combo of drugs. Glad i could school you. :-*

Clint used to train at Bill Pearls gym the same time I did when I was 15, nice guy, one of his secrets for his vascularity was blood loading right before a show.
