You can't argue or question this when George Lucas himself has stated this was one of the main reasons why The Emperor wanted Luke Skywalker - Darth Vader was becoming useless, if you will.

About the Dc/Marvel discussion. What about that guy who can turn into anything he thinks of, now held in Arkanham Asylum? Or is he just a character in Dark Knight strikes again series? What about the Green Lantern in that series, pretty powerful?

There was a time where MM was as strong as Supes but they've depowered him-superman- and amped him up alot over the years, since they just rewrote history with infinite Crisis...who knows?

vader is simply too powerfull for maul.

he killed the emperor, he killed obi wan, he could have killed luke, he killed 567 sand people while takin a piss.

so what if maul could use 2 sabers at once, vader could choke him with the force, while eating a bigmac and watching dr phil to help him with his father/son issues.

 Obi Wan whipped his ass when Obi Wan was in his prime and let Vader defeat him when he was an old man so he could become stronger with the force.

Yep - Altough wiki says that Dark Knight isn't in "real" DC universe Superman is really an old school all-american superhero in that. Old and tired.
