before i started smoking i could go all the way(1 length) and then about 1/2 the way back my body pretty much hugging the ground..
now i only go 1 length
anyhow ..just curious..does this translate anyway into better anaerobic performance in ther gym?
<side note..the reason i do it is cause its really peacefull and ya gotta relax yourself to be able to..otherwise ya run out of O2 3/4ths opf the way>
