So I was doing shoulders yesterday when a trainer and a 'woman' sat next to me in the free wieght area. I thought nothing of it at first, but the trainer starts to show her how to do lunges. As she started to attempt the lunge, as her knee touched the ground she said "ouch, do we have to do this...I have bad kness..." .......He replied, "I have bad knees too from playing catcher for many years..." she replied, well I got my bad knees from my job" ....I had to walk away and stop laughing from conversation to say the least...
