So guys do you have any advice? I actually dont sell anything, I offer 3 weeks of free dvd movie rentals via the internet. After three weeks they can cancel their membership and it doesnt cost them a penny. So I started today, and I almost broke the record for newbies and got lots of compliments from my boss. I actually sold more than the guy that got me this job. Anyway, are any of you guys in sales that have any advice for me?
I thought about getting a normal job with pay every hour but I made 180 norwegian crowns in average per hour today and thats actually really good so if it stays that way ill keep on doing what im doing. You get alot of experience. The people that are pissed about being called must be retarded or something, why dont they just realize that im doing my job? I didn't get anyone yelling today though, but I got one that said he was blind and alot of people not interested.
He's not in the States, so it's different than we think. If your good on the phone, you may be good in person.
There can be real good money in cars in the states for the right guys. takes a lot of hustle. There's actually more money in comish in used ones here, but a lower % of closeing the deal. You can be look at $1000+ comish on a
used vehical close to $30,000. Not bad for < 1hr total work, w/ papers, and Test/prep drive & fueling etc.
