I saw the coolest lab today!!!!!!!!!!

his name is Marty, he's a 100 pounder 2yo Lab (and still bulking ). Used to be a "for the blind" guide but obviously got too big.

Nowadays he greets people in Solona Beach, CA when coming out of the water and even fetches your towel if you ask for it

When I was a kid...we had a lab named "joe"

He was 100+lb male lab.  Easily stood a good 27" tall.


Used to scare the hell out of the neighbors or anyone that knocked on the door.  Because he was so black....they couldn't see him if we had no lights on.

  is 27" tall for a lab?  Briona is 27" at the shoulder and to me she seems average size.

yeah....she's a big dog....but hard to be compared standing next to the big E
