but ive gained 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks!!! THATS RIGHT

I WATCH KEVIN LEVRONE IN FULBLOWN BABY FOR TOMORROWS TRAINING! thats so far ahead of the game and my schedule i am! i plan ONE DAY BEFORE!!!

it's a mental thing! ill connect to my brain and feed it with kevin levrone inspiration so by GYM TIME it'll all come natural and flow!

thats how serious i am.

ive had it up to here with all you adonis principles bullshit!

i had 3 cheeseburgers after my leg work out yesterday THATS RIGHT thats 900 calories alone !

I am thinking about joining a gym and start working out...but that might involve me leaving my mother basement and going outside for more than 10 minutes.  I am not sure that it is worth it.
