Yes ( kinda) and no in reality of the actual muscle shape.wtf? ???
I have asked this some kind of question to various pros and the most sensible answer is this about shape of muscle groups. Granted you can't cchange the actual shape of the muscle, BUT, if you get it to grow to it's maximum potential in terms of size and thickness , the muscle will "jut out" more when flexed.
I have the more Larry Scott football shape (not jagged peak like Ronnie) of bi and by getting them a lot bigger they stand out more when I flex.

Hamer curls will do this..... it will build the underlying muscle of the biceps...... causing the top muscle to push out more.......  giving the visual appearance of a peak

No.

You can only make a muscle larger.

The only thing that can change the peak is injecting lots of oil into it.

No, shape is determined by genetics (just look at Billy Gunz).

Can you add peak? No. Can you build your brachialis muscle by doing preacher curls and that in turns pushes the long head of the biceps "up?" Yes.
So, it seems like you're adding peak, but you're not doing it like most people think they are.

its not just genetics.
peak can be developed by doing curls with the elbow in a higher position, like doing headcrusher curls on a cable crossover, bringing the high pulley towards your ear...or by laying down on a bench, curling toward the bridge of your nose from the high pulley.

this type of curl also prevents cheating like you can with standing upright and curling.  especially laying down and curling from the high pulley, constant tension and a burn like you wont ever feel with standard curls.

Dumbass, read my prior post, you know the one right before yours.
Physiologically speaking, I don't think you can give your long biceps head more peak than genetically given. But you can build the brachialis and that pushes the long head up, and makes the illusion that you've done what most consider "adding more peak."
Different exercises work different parts, concentration curls, preachers, and the others you mention do just this- work the brachialis.

brachialis is more active during exercises when you are using more static tension, less movement...or isometric elbow type exercises like what i described.  Dynamic flexion of the elbow joint that includes more motion of the arm is bound to utilize the biceps more, working the actual biceps mucsle.  The brachialis is isolated in the exercises i described, especially in the second one.  Yes i understand that the actual biceps peak is not growing more but the biceps are pushed up by the brachialis underneath.

Isometric positions of the elbow will make the biceps appear to have a higher peak.  Having a good biceps split from isolation exercises like close grip and wider grip curls can help give the illusion of biceps peak also.
