First Cycle - Week 8 results/question

I'm on my first cycle of 500mg of Test E per week.  I'm in week 8 now & weight has jumped from 198 to 220.  However in the last week or so my weight gain has slowed.  I'm still getting stronger in the gym though.  Is this normal?  My diet is on track.

IMO it's normal. Your gains will eventually level off.

Ya got to understand some of that beautifull bloat is water retention, your body has a max amt that it can overload and your near it. Even if it's not tissue, it gives increased leverage and strength beyond how amped up your nervous system is too. Bulk Bloat good ;) to a point. Depending how smooth you want to look and Blood pressure.

I bet you could increase dose by 2000-3000mg test wk right now and NOT see mindblowing increase in size, weight or strength. You'd feel like crap to.

I've been using 0.5mg Adex EOD which has helped keep the water off.  I'm not condering upping my dose, I think I'll just keep hammering away & see what happens.

I wouldn't focus too much on body weight.  Sure, it is very exciting to see the scale going up every week but water can do that.  You don't gain 20lbs of muscle in 8 weeks.  Focus more on how you look--that's why you started taking AAS in the first place.  Sh*t, you can gain 20 lbs in 8 weeks just by going to McDonalds 3x a day.

On my current cycle, I've gained the least amount of weight I ever have, and it's probably the most advanced cycle I've ever been on.  Total gain has been only 7 lbs in 10 weeks.  However, I've dropped my carbs real low, increased my cardio and ab work and am on the highest dose of arimidex I've ever tried (0.9mg per day).  Protein intake is around 450mg per day.  I've never looked better in my life.

I'm four weeks in (900mg of Test & 300mg of Deca - very simple but effective)& I'm only up about one pound. But then again I'm doing more cardio & watching my diet pretty closely.

Good points guys.  i have to remember my body is still very anabolic so now is a good time to put some quality muscle on.  I have noticed in the last couple of weeks my bloat seems to have dropped of a little & I look & feel better.

I agree,I dont gain huge amounts only a few kgs ,but im fuller,harder and leaner when on.
Im more concerned with pure lean gains though.
