The dishes are done.  The only food out is the food hes preparing.  It may be an old apt but its prolly decent cleaned.    I dont see old trash around, just a guy making a meal.....

look you're not obese.  You just look like a normal adult male.  If you want to look like a bodybuilder your only options are upping the dosage to astronmical levels or losing a lot of fat.

and you know that because you like to use a tape measure on your bodyparts, but people can't tell it's muscle.  To look muscular you need contrast.  Small at the joint, relatively bigger at the muscle.  much wider shoulders than waist.

Now that's cosmetics.

More importantly though you will be more functional (much better strength to bodyweight ratio, and possibly better strength overall) better stamina, and a LONG life
