He does continue to embarrass himself with the recent guest posings...I wonder how he feels being made to look like a fat blob next to Cutler....

No.

Palumboism is characterized by an expanding waistline with retracting arms and legs.

The waist is expanding,  but ronnie's arms and legs are still way way way too big for even early stage Palumboism.

Ronnie hasn't been a cop for a long time.  Plus I doubt you'd ask him shit.  The guy is the man and weather or not he can compete at a top level he still desearves respect.

come on Toxic:

ronnie may be a shell of his former self (after all, he is 43), but this is not what palumboism looks like.

even at the early stages.

its called aging and being warn out for years of heavy iron.

I laugh at responses like this...   what's Ronnie gonna do, haul off and slug Junaids for asking him a "disrespectful" question?  Of course not...  Ronnie may be a gorilla, but he's not an idiot.  ::) ::)

.........early stages of Palumboism?

this pic is from the same contest as most of those gut shots, so no, having a gut does not, in and of itself, mean you have the affliction.

you  MUST having the small arms and legs to go with it.

ronnie may be a shell of his former self (after all, he is 43),

Saying ronnie, in th pic above, is a shell of himself is like saying barry Bonds (in a year when he "only "hits 55 home runs ) is a shell of himself.

basically, it's EASY to be a shell of your self when you are that great BB wise.

In Ronnie's, "shell of himself" physique he is still light years of every other guy up there including a very little detailed jay Cutler.

Jay is looking big, but even as hard and lean as he is now he shows little detail in his delts back or arms and hams....that isn't good because it doesn't change much from here...The changes will be evident but not nearly enough to compare to a detailed, 80% Ronnie.

Ronnie on the other hand is showing detail even at this very high weight this far out.  he has ALOT of changes to make with 15-20 pounds less bodyweight.

Ronnie will win the O and he should have won last year.

Dude you ever get to meet ronnie coleman, why piss the man off?  We all know whats going on and he is living the dream alot of people here strive for.  If you can't think of a better question to ask him than goatboys up there your a fucking idoit.  (probably are anyway) It has nothing to do with him getting hit.

oh I agree. don't get me wrong.

Ronnie is the greatest bodybuilder ever. The man was kicking ass into his 40's something that few other people have done, and certainly not to the same level Ronnie was.
