Shari, you have a chance to shine at the Montreal Pro! Come in super dry, shredded and skin-crisp and maybe, just maybe, it will be a top-3 finish!

However, if you go 'the oil' (again) the judges wont be so kind! They will be very critical, ,marking you down. It is not how you want to be remembered, in what could be your last show!

Most importantly Shari, make Barbara and future child proud. Go in hard, ripped and oil free!

Good luck and do not 'breathe-out' while onstage!

The problem of King is not only his condition but also his weak arms and thigh sweeps.Those are very fundamental for being a Pro.
And i am not a hater. Please understand.

What happend that he doesnt have that look anymore that he had in 2001 at the arnold? is it the manner of training or are his receptors burned out? he looked pretty good back then, it looks like he only became smaller.

Are his receptors shot?
Could his intestines be permanently enlarged?
Can those small arms be beyond-growth now?

Whatever the truth is, the Montreal will bare witness! The King, will be coming to the stage with a few surprises up his sleeve; well, at least i hope so!

I am looking forward to the King's future media career! If people like Chick and Sean can make it, then Shari has to be a super-star-in-the-making! Well, time will tell!

And also, thank you Barbara for not giving up on your husband. Most women would have dumped this 'lethargic and procrastinating Pro' long ago. God bless.

Tamali is not the only Pro to suffer the debilitating effects of a 'nervous breakdown'.

The King, unfortunately joins a long line of Pros who suffer daily, with mental illness.

Is it the steroids and the extreme nature of the sport, that make these athletes susceptible to neurotic- behaviour? I am not sure! But i will hazard a guess, and say, that it certainly isn't helping!

Shari, your loyal wife will not abandon you in these dark-times! One day this 'dark cloud' may lift. In the meantine, continue with the meds and keep up the church appearances!
