You need to realize that the joint relief from Deca goes away once you stop taking it.
If you do a very light Physical Therapy type work out plan for a few weeks, I've had very good sucess w/ healing up a long-term nagging shoulder injury. Lightly pumping nurtient rich blood in there and working on slowly getting back full range of motion. Ice & Heat too. But the injury had been resistant to antiinflamitories and Ice & heat & rest for over 6 months. In 3 week w/ some deca it was resolved. It stayed fine too permanently too.
** BUT Using Deca to MASK JOINT PAIN and continue to grind out a joint is one of the wosrt things you can do!! This drug lends itself to that very well, so be in tune with your body. There is a difference between good pain and a injury. Knowing to STOP right then and there is very inportant in the 80-100%+ 1RM zone.
6mo off dont help get another wheel on the bar ends.
