How? Ron already subdivided this board into five parts, there's a board for everything exept general topics and thats because the "general topics" are now 5 boards!!

dividing the boards up so much have killed this place IMHO.

It used to be General was a nice collage of pets, sports, politics, life, love, etc.

When you split everything up so much, it means the pet people don't read the politics stuff.  The sports people don't read the religious stuff.  waters it down greatly.  I hope one day the boards are reunited.

That was why I was initially not in favour of a politics board. The problem tho as I saw it, was that people who saw topics they weren't interested in, lacked the self-control necessary to NOT click on them. Then they cried like babies that a subject they had no interest in appeared on the board, ...and they would proceed to attack the poster to drive them away.  ::)

Who wants a board full of nothing but discord, ...when they can click on something interesting, engaging, or funny?

Couldn't agree more, my input here has diminished since the dilution of this forum.

YUP! This place has way too many boards. This place needs a serious streamlining of its forums. The alphabet boards should be merged. Seems like there never are any new topics anymore. Very few new posts too.
