even if I gain 5 lbs of muscle every year, I'll still have 25 lbs more muscle at 25 years old !

that's a lot of weight in lean body mass

but weight don't mean much, I'll be about the same weight I was at my first show 2 years ago and the difference is ridiculous

Well I'm only 2-4 pounds heavier dieted down now than I was at 20, at 23.   I even bulked up (on a pretty clean diet) to 40lbs heavier than I am, when i was 21.

Gains slow down greatly I would say, after age 20.  The returns really diminish.  Honestly I'm little bigger than I was at 19 1/2 -20, and I'm 23 now.  I started training hard at 16.

Yea I'm talking about purely muscle gains.  I gained 35lbs in a year and a half or so.  Mostly fat and water though.

I got to 230 last year while bulking up and my biggest mistake was thinking calorie was a calorie ( while bulking up) so I eat junk food every day with a lot of protein and a lot lot lot of carbs

this year I'll bulk up limiting my carbs and I'll eat more good fats and the rest will be a shitload of protein

I believe I'll be less fat this way and I'll build more muscle

I firmly believe that you could do low doses of juice all your life without any bad effect

there are 2 or 3 dude of 60-65 at my gym who juice since they are 20

they take like 1 cc or 2 of deca a week, all year long

one of them compete, he is 64 now and has a very awesome physique and his health is top shape

it is trial and error in that game 

anyway if I only gain 5 pounds who cares, I learned this year to be more patient and stop comparing myself to guys in their 30's at the gym who have been working out for 20 years and that was the best thing I could do.
now I just do my things and the gains will come by themself, I just have to train hard and eat a lot

I'll be honnest and say that I start using for my prep this year to maintain muscle as much as I can


100 mg prop every 3 days
50 mg winny every 3 days

don't really want to talk abuot it on board because

1- gear is illegal
2- I don't need morality lessons from people I don't even know
3- like I said my physique isn't anything special so I don't need to hear: You look bad for a juicer

Thats more then enough. 500 mg is alot of gear especially for someone who doesn't have much experience under their belt and someone who is lean.

I plan to come off right after the show for 3 months since with the post-contest anabolic rebound I won't even need juice to gain size

then I plan do do another cycle maybe in november for 12 weeks

then come off for the winter

than go on again for a show next year in july

that's the plan for now, but I don't know yet
