Hey, I'm on a weight gain diet. I'm back in the gym since Feb/March and have gone from 161 to 187. I want to go back up to my fighting weight of 204, at a height of 5'9.5". My question is, I find a I lose WAY to many calories when having sex. What is a good source to regain those MUCH NEEDED calories POST SEX?
Is a protein shake good, or should I be looking at even more than that? It's just because I feel so much thinner after sex and I don't want to feel that way. I'm happier when I'm more massive.
