vince comerford and frank mcgrath hit it pretty well. nobody will ever do it as well as Sergio.

Yes.... Alot of his poses in which the body is "open" he looks like a retard, worse then Dillet. If he could learn to pose better he may be able to pull it off half decently.

I've never seen anyone look as imressive as Sergio in this pose. There were other poses he didn't look amazing in but this one, NO ONE has ever looked more impressive.

I remember Ronnie tried that pose once during one of his Olympia reign.. I can't get a good view of it due to the camera angle but I can tell you now that he looked like shit in that pose

This boy is a true FREAK in every sense of the word... and EVEN HAS A SMALL WAIST.  When he emerges from the time he took off, if he can keep bringing up his legs and back like he has been doing, he is gonna make waves in the IFBB....

It may not be hes mandatory pose but its definately his signature pose. Every great Olympian has one. When ever you see a bodybuilder perform that pose you instantly think of Sergio Olivia. Its a pose in which your body looks best, arnold, dorian, haney, coleman etc all have a signature pose that combines their muscularity, symmetry and conditioning.

I think it was the 2005 olympia where Gustavos routine included all the signature poses of all the Olympia title holders, very good routine.

Looks good, for sure, but he aint no Oliva nor Priest (in that pose). Very underrated though. Also, tank-tops 8 weeks out are deceiving sometimes, ask Dennis James.
