Yeah, it was lots of fun, yet very very exhausting.

This is Montmartre, to me the best place in whole Paris. It lies on a hill and you have a great view over Paris, including the Eiffel Tower.
Nice small streets with little restaurants, souvenir shops and that kind of stuff.

Did you see the basilique du sacre coeur from the inside as well, as I remember it was on that hill called montmartre?

Yes, it's a great church, actually my favorite. It hasn't got the 'heavy' feeling of most old churches, the sparely used columns and the light painting on the ceiling create a light feeling.

Oh really? I've been there about 5 times now, last time was 7 years ago, on new years eve 1999/2000.

But now my old love for Paris has come back again. Great city. Only the coffee sucks.

Sure everybody makes the same pictures, because everybody goes to the same places.

But i had also some great meals in the Quartier Latin and the area around St. Germain Blvd is great also. Didn't take any pics there though.
I missed Napoleons Grave, will go there next time, thanks for the tip.
