Well busturds, summer is rolling around. Better bust out your palm mall cigs and start doing more chest flys. Chest flys are better and the dumbells are rly light so you can imagine that you are chucking them at davidpaul. btw did u see my bmw coupe it's really nice and my pride and joy. anyways, u need to stop doing any dumbell and barbell presses, instead focus of flys and peck deck machines. and if you're really harcore youll use hammer strength machines. best diet food building cutting is 15 cigs day.
