Problem is, it is the DA that went ahead with the case. in MD, one files charges witht he commissioner, the commissioner can decide if there is probable cause with the charges, they can deny probable cause, but it still goes to the State's Atty.

Don't know how it is in NC, but if they story was fishy or there was no probable cause, why would he take the case

Al and Jesse, still think it is 1968, they need to go on a Greyhound Bus trip together and find some other "meaning" in life. Trying to find every single example of Racism (or percieved racism) is a waste of time and resources.
