It also seems to me to be one of the best poses for all around muscularity.  In some ways it might be the best pose for displaying a powerful physique...which is why I think it fits certain body styles like Yates, Reg or even Franco. 

I think that Coleman drug usuage gave him a Herculean look but I dont think its his natural style.  Look at his younger pics and his lines are more graceful.  You can't say the same with Yates...he looks like a mug from the beginning.

Doom, Franco shouldn't even be mentioned with these others. If it weren't for Arnold, Franco would never have won anything.
