sometimes when you hear older guys interviewed, they lose some of that 'legend' status that they hold in your mind. When all you've seen of a guy is black & white photos of perfect symmetry, holding a trophy, the right quotes, etc, you only see the good side. hearing some of the all-time greats bickering with one another, complaining about placings from 25 years ago, etc really loses some of the legend shine.
Padilla didn't do that, though. He was positive.
