Just so you all know I do plan on adding as much muscle as I can do naturally.  In three weeks I will be competing at Team U but I am very focused on doing a NGA show in Peoria, IL next May and hopefully earning my ProCard in that federation.  So far I have loved my switch to bodybuilding and I have loved being able to bring my physique in hard and conditioned to a show.  Sorry I don't appeal to many of you guys but I don't do this for you I do it for me.

Also I am 5'3 and 25 and very much female and natural.  As Block mentioned my diet is one of the hardest things I have ever done...and the changes it has made to my physique in the past few weeks shows me that it works.  Three more weeks and I will be onstage with some of the best National Level physiques in the NPC-I am proud of what I have done with my figure in the past year and I am excited to see the finished product. 

Sorry if I make some of you "men" uncomfortable because I am better conditioned or more muscled then you-go to the gym and stop whining

You've done great so far.

To be honest, I didn't think you would be able to reach this kind of condition so soon, I thought it was a year or so away.

Yeah, some girls look good in pics and look not too cool in person, but Jen isn't one of them. I've seen her in person and she is pretty, nice skin/smile etc.

 They were talkin about armwrestling for it at the Olympia. Anyone know if this took place?

I've seen Jen several times over the past year, but this past weekend in Chicago was our first opportunity to do a solo shoot and we made the most of it as Jen brought 'teh hotness'.
