no frustrations here its just about putting yourself in the zone - the war zone that is

how you gonna lift maximum poundages if youre not in the zone? you think this is kindergarten? huh?

i bet youre the type of guy that shows up at the gym wearing pink spandex and goes for the silver dumbbells to "feel the muscle"

i went to a gym today that had a heavy bag and a sign that said DONT KICK THE BAG

needless to say i kicked the shit outta the bag, cage fighter style and even throw in a few jumping knees

theres one guy who's head i'd like to rip off.. he's trained for two years and looks the EXACT same now as he did when he started!

Those were my groceries.  I put the sign on them to protect them from the MMA element.

I DO show people if theyre doin shit wrong.. but for some reason, i never did with this guy.. i think its cos he's so ignorant - he's seen me and other guys grow over the last couple of years, so surely most people would think 'i'll copy THOSE guys' .. but he continues to train like its his first day! haha
