At 5 weeks out from the West Palm Show i spoke with my friend Dave Pulcinella about me competing in the show,i e-mailed him my pictures and he basically told me no way!,after much begging and pleading on my part dave agreed to help me,if any of you have seen "Raising The Bar" a documentary about dave shot by his brother Mike, you know how hardcore dave is,i followed what Dave said "to the tee" and bascially turned my physique around 180 degrees,(imagine if Dave had 20 weeks to work with me instead of five!)
anybody looking for a contest prep-guy should consider big Dave
