Is the IFBB Prepping Heath...

Kind of like they did with Shawn Ray 15 yrs ago.  I remember when Shawn was the most widely known up and coming bodybuilder.  Discuss, for those who were around back then.

Phil has his work cut out for him. We saw that at the Arnold. He has quite a few big names to pass, and new threats like wolf
